Bulb Update
Unfortunately, our supplier for bulbs was not able to get the bulbs delivered in time for the plant sale. We have coordinated with the supplier to get the order and have them available for pickup from our office in Westford, MA. The new pickup location will be 319 Littleton Rd., Suite 205, in Westford, MA. The Middlesex Conservation District office is within the NRCS office in the same Suite. Please feel free come by the office any time 8:30am-4pm on Tuesday 9/24-Friday 9/27. If you cannot make any time in that window, please contact District Supervisor Miryam Becker at Miryam.Becker@Gmail.com and we will be happy to work with you to find a time that works! How to get to Farrington Nature Linc (FNL)
The address is 291 Cambridge Turnpike, Lincoln, MA 01773. It is best to use a map device to get to the correct address, whether that be Waze, Google Maps, or something else.
Note: Farrington Nature Linc is right after Gerard’s. You will see a place with numerous plants in front. This is Gerard’s (a plant nursery). To make it easier for you, veer off to the right side of the road at Gerard’s and slow down to make the right before the Farrington Nature Linc sign. We have a poster there with an arrow up the road.
From I-95 South: Take exit 45B for MA-2 W toward Acton/Fitchburg. In 2.3 miles, take a slight right on Bedford Road. Then turn onto MA-2 East. Keep left to stay on MA-2 East. Then turn right in 1.4 miles. Farrington Nature Linc will be up the road in 0.3 miles. If you missed the turn on I-95 South. Take exit 44 towards Trapelo Road. Take the Trapelo Road ramp to Lincoln. Continue straight to stay on Trapelo Road. In 1.6 miles turn onto Page Road. In 1.1 miles turn right onto MA-2 East. In 0.1 miles turn right onto the road that leads up to FNL.
From I-95 North: Take Exit 44B for Trapelo Road toward Lincoln. Continue straight to stay on Trapelo Rd for 0.4 miles. Turn right onto Page Road in 1.6 miles. Turn right onto MA-2 East in 1.1 miles. Then turn right in 0.1 miles. FNL will be up the road in 0.3 miles.
From Rt 2 East: From Tracey’s Service Station. Keep left to stay on MA-2 East. Turn right in 1.4 miles. FNL will be up the road in 0.3 miles.
From Rt 2 West: From the intersection of Spring Street in Lexington and Rt 2 West. Keep left to continue on Concord Turnpike. Make a slight right onto Bedford Street and turn around. Turn left onto MA-2 East. in 250 feet, keep left to stay on MA-2 East. in 1.4 miles, turn right onto the road that leads to FNL. It will be up the road in 0.3 miles.
